FESTIVAL BACKLINE PROVIDED

The following equipment will be supplied on stage:

  • Drum kit (hardware provided, please bring your own breakables — cymbals/snare)
  • Bass amplifier (positioned on the hi-hat side of the drum kit)
  • Guitar amplifier (small Fender)

Any additional backline requirements must be approved in advance.

SOUND PROCEDURE

There is no formal soundcheck. A brief line check only will take place immediately after changeover to confirm signal and functionality. Please arrive performance-ready.

SET LENGTH & CHANGEOVER
  • Changeover time: 15 minutes (band before you comes off first)
  • Set length: 45 minutes

Bands must load on, connect, and be ready to perform within the allotted 15 minutes. At the end of your set, please clear the stage efficiently as the next band begins setup. Maintaining schedule flow is essential for the success of the festival.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

All performers must arrive a minimum of one (1) hour prior to their scheduled performance time. Although come early or stay late and watch your friends. Please check in directly with the stage manager/tech upon arrival.

PARKING & LOAD-IN

Downtown parking is limited.

  • One vehicle may typically access the rear of the stage area for unloading.
  • Vehicles must be relocated promptly after unloading.

Please plan accordingly to help ensure a smooth and efficient load-in and strike.
